This service provides peace of mind by allowing users to share critical details in emergencies. It is web platforms for easy profile management.
By creating an account or using the Scan If Hurt™ service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any updates or changes we may make to them.
Scan If Hurt™ allows users to:
Safety ID QR codes direct individuals to the EMS.ScanIfHurt.com lookup page.No personal data is stored on the QR code stickers; these function solely as access points to the Rider ID lookup.
All data fields in the Scan If Hurt™ app are optional. Users have full control over visibility settings, with real-time updates to the EMS.ScanIfHurt.com lookup page. Data can be deleted or hidden at any time.
If your subscription expires without renewal, your Rider ID will no longer display emergency information on the EMS.ScanIfHurt.com lookup page until reactivation.
We respect user privacy and do not share or sell user data with third parties. All data is stored securely within the secure database and accessed only by the user or through the EMS.ScanIfHurt.com website via a Rider ID.Data is only accessible internally and through user-approved access points and will not be disclosed to external entities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts for any disputes arising from or relating to the service.
