Order your physical Safety ID sticker kit ($10.00 one-time fee per profile, includes free shipping). Each active profile whether for yourself (Individual), a child (Managed), an elderly parent, or a business staff/employee requires its own physical kit containing weatherproof QR stickers.

Step 2: Choose Your Profile Subscription

Select your compulsory profile hosting subscription plan (Annual, Monthly, or Lifetime) to activate your account. Choose the Individual Plan ($25.00/yr) for yourself, or add Managed Profiles for kids or elderly parents at a discounted rate ($20.00/yr per profile) to manage everyone under one console.

Login to your secure online dashboard to configure each Safety ID profile. Input the user's name, phone number, vital medical conditions (like allergies, active prescriptions, blood type, and treatment alerts), and list primary emergency contacts.

Add vital information for yourself, or manage details for children, elderly parents, and staff.

Step 4: Wear or Apply Stickers to Your Gear

Apply the physical adhesive QR stickers onto visible safety equipment (helmet shell side, bike frame, vehicle window, phone case, or other safety gear).

Step 5: First Responders Scan in an Emergency

If you or a family member are hurt or incapacitated in an incident, an EMS responder, officer, or scanning bystander scans the bold QR code. They instantly view the vital profile data and tap to call your emergency contacts immediately.

Yes. Your emergency profile data is stored inside secure, encrypted servers. Unlike public profiles, you have full control over what details you publish (e.g. choose to display only vital conditions or specific contacts). Responders only access this data when they scan the physical QR code during a crisis.

First responders are trained to look for medical alert symbols (like QR stickers on helmets and gear). The physical "Scan If Hurt" sticker has high-contrast red warning instructions and a Star of Life symbol, making it instantly recognizable to EMS crews during an assessment.
